Our delightful Peru Cajamarca is made from the highest quality green beans to be cultivated in Peru. This single estate coffee comes from Juan Guevara Diaz's farm which produces some of the best coffee to come out of Peru. Juan's meticulous training delivered to the cherry pickers ensures the most ripe cherries are selected and put through a rigorous fermentation process. 

The coffee is then put through classification pre export via Sol & Cafe who remain an integral part of the honest coffee trade in Peru.

This coffee has a nutty character and aroma with subtle hints of chocolate and a nice, long finish. It's pleasant acidity makes it perfect for brewing any time of the day. A true gem.
